Challenge: Help an insurance agency create a sense of cohesion and consistency within its geographically-scattered team.
Process: Fresh off our Epicenter project, we entered this branding project with a solid sense of this company and its industry. Interviews with stake holders and employees (and tons of Post-Its!) helped us create a brand essence to which all team members could aspire. Armed with that, and a brand model including the company's foundation values and future goals, I created a visual identity and brand guidelines. The clean, modern aesthetic and fun color scheme sets ICAT apart in a conservative market and helps distinguish them as a technological leader. Creating the logo was not in the scope of this project, though we did streamline their current logo.
